Dog Project
Students should choose one area of study for their project. Choices may include:
- Being a Responsible Dog Owner
- Safety around Dogs
- Careers in Dogs
- Dog Sports
- Dog Training
- Dogs with Jobs
- Choosing a Dog
Other topics are possible and up to the teacher’s discretion.
Students will choose a topic and create a report to present to the class. Expectations for the report should be guided by age.

Students should be encouraged to have fun with this project and be creative. You may choose to give them specific guidelines such as:
- Your report must contain at least 3 facts (or more for older children).
- Your report must contain at least 1 picture (drawn or computer generated).
- Your report must be about one of the topics we learned about.
