Even if you have attended one of our previous meetings regarding the federation, we hope you will join us to learn the latest information and next steps in revitalizing the North Carolina Federation of Dog Clubs.
What’s a Federation? State federations unify dog owners and clubs to work together –and with AKC – to educate & advocate to public and policymakers about the value of clubs and responsible dog owners, and stop legislation that harms dog owners.
What are the Benefits?

- Offer educational programs for dog lovers
- Share your love of the breeds with their communities
- Organize fun activities like matches and other events
- Make a difference and meet new friends!
AKC GR encourages every club and interested individual to participate in rebuilding a NC Federation. Non- NC residents are welcome to join to learn more about federations in their state.
