During 2004, the Finance and Administration division provided essential financial support for all AKC and
CAR programs.
A new corporate credit card program for employee travel and operating requirements was implemented during 2004. The new
program provides corporate cardholders with online 24/7 real time information and an electronic expense reporting system,
which substantially reduces administrative and paper record retention requirements.
The necessary financial support was also provided for AKC-sponsored special events, including the AKC/Eukanuba National
Championship and AKC-CAR Canine Support & Relief Fund.
